reflect her interest in nature and strong foundation in faith in her work.
Dear Readers,

Writing books has been a lifelong dream which, until recently, I never realized could be such hard work.
Though creating the people and places in my stories has been an exhilarating process, knowing I am at last
sharing my stories with you is even more satisfying.

I so appreciate your interest in my work and hope, most sincerely, that you will enjoy the time you spend in the
worlds I've created with my pen. If any part of my stories touches your heart, makes you forget your cares or
inspires your dreams, my purpose as an author has been fulfilled. I wrote all of my books with the hope they
could do some small good, if just in keeping my readers company when they need a friend.

None of my stories would have come to life were it not for the many the individuals who have supported me in
my ambitions to write including my family, teachers and fellow writers. I am immensely grateful for their
encouraging words, helpful instruction, expert skills and creative suggestions. But I am most thankful to you,
my readers, for trusting me with your time and giving my humble efforts a place on your bookshelf.

It is an awesome thing to enrich another's soul with a story. Above all, that is what I have striven to accomplish.
Whether I have succeeded or not is up to you, but in any event, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to try.
